Not necessarily! If you currently have problems in your business, introducing the method of outsourcing does not make them vanish into thin air. For example, I used to work in a company whose sole purpose was the distribution of music and DVD media. I was a Call Centre Agent who dealt with a plethora of topics; orders, payments, cancellations of accounts, fraud even and it took me 6 weeks to learn the computer system.
